Abstract

Relationships between the generalized diffraction integral formula for angular spectrum through any misaligned optical system in spatial-frequency domain and the fractional Fourier transform are bridged in this paper, which provides a new description of the diffraction of any misaligned optical system in spatial-frequency domain.
