Abstract

We perform numerical simulations solving the coupled sine-Gordon equation for intrinsic Josephson junction and the Maxwell equation for the wave guide attached at a neighbor of junction sites in order to simulate actual emission process of electromagnetic wave caused by the Josephson vortex flow. The simulation results reveal that the power of emitted electromagnetic waves becomes the maximum at the highest resonant voltage estimated from the dispersion relations of the Josephson plasma modes of the system and the flowing vortex configuration is almost complete rectangular lattice at the maximum point.
