Abstract

Liquids of fresh food as apple, kiwi, orange, peach and other vegetables are deep-frozen in small cups for weeks and months. By this method the allergens are available for skill pl irk tests independent of the season. With these allergens we could provoke positive skin reactions at every time during the year - in some patients remarkably strong. This method allows a more extensive application of the skin prick tests with native allergens.
