Abstract

We have accomplished a sensitivity improvement in two-wavelength excitation spectroscopy by decreasing an above-gap excitation density downto a detection limit of the band-to-band photoluminescence. A quantitative characterization of nonradiative recombination centers became possible spectroscopically by observing the luminescent intensity changedue to the selective excitation of below-gap states.
