Abstract

An infant who experienced disseminated relapse of medulloblastoma while receiving chemotherapy is described. He was subsequently treated with radiation therapy. Seven and one-half years from diagnosis, he is currently disease-free and enjoys a relatively normal life. We emphasize the importance of considering radiation as one of the treatment modalities for young childrenwith relapsed medulloblastoma.
