Abstract

Neuroimaging in motor neuron disease (MND) is currently performed to exclude other pathologies, though abnormalities may be seen which are consistentwith the diagnosis. We report a patient with rapidly progressive MND exhibiting extensive changes on a variety of contemporary magnetic resonance images, which is most likely to represent severe: corticospinal tract degeneration.
