Abstract

It is pointed out that the two abnormal cosmic ray events with the charge of Z = 14 and the mass number of A congruent to 370 found in 1990 by Saito et al.(1)) can be explained by either one of the following three possibilities: 1) super-hypernuclei, 2) technibaryonic nuclei or technibaryon-nucleusatoms, and 3) "color-balled nuclei". How to distinguish among these three in future experiments is discussed in some detail.
