Abstract

Ceramic samples of (1-x)SrTiO3-xPbMg(1/3)Nb(2/3)O(3) solid solution were prepared with concentrations x varying between 0.0 and 1.0 with increment of0.1 and with smaller increment at x < 0.1. Dielectric properties were studied at frequencies between 10 Hz and 1 MHz and temperatures between 4.2 K and 300 K. The phase diagram of the solid solution in the (T-c-x)-plane has been derived from the dielectric data and its specific features are discussed.
