Abstract

Dielectric measurements were performed in Sr(1-x)BaxTiO3 ceramic samples (x=0.005-0.1) at frequencies between 0.1 Hz and 1 MHz in a temperature rangefrom 4.2 to 300 K. Low and high-temperature relaxation processes were observed in temperature ranges 15-50 K and 55-100 K, respectively. The relaxation parameters were determined from epsilon'' versus T dependences at different frequencies. Mechanisms of the relaxations are discussed.
