Abstract

The magnetic reversal in isolated nanosized magnetic dots was modelled with a simple model. The dependence of shape, size and exchange was simulated and compared with the magnetic reversal observed by Kerr loop tracer in Ni81Fe19 dot array with a period of 300 nm and dot extensions between 120 and 180 nm.
