Abstract

The present paper reports the effects of GSH depletion (diethylmaleate induced) on partial cerebral ischemia and reperfusion for 7 and 20 days. Our results confirm that there is a paradoxical protective effectof the GSH-depletor and suggest an improved neuronal trophism inducedby diethylmaleate treatment.
