Abstract

The resistivities of B2-type Fe1-xAlx(x = 0.25 similar to 0.49) compound singlecrystals were investigated in the temperature range of 4.5 similar to 1120K and the relations between composition, temperature andresistivity were revealed. The results show that the resistivity rho is proportional to T-2 below 100K and the transition points above roomtemperature correspond to Fe1-xAlx(x = 0.25 similar to 0.30) order ferromagnetic Curie temperature.
